RF CalibrationRF lines are used to correct distortions in the gel. The Rf correction will enable you to virtually correct the position of bands before doing any molecular weight calculation. RF lines can be moved in the gel to fit the best position.
Molecular weight calibrationMolecular weights can be assigned using the supplied standard library. The calibration view enables users to find the best curve fitting for the gel. Create your own standards with an image sample. One single gel can support multiple standards.
