BlueSentry A/D Sensor

BlueSentry Sensor Adaptor - a wireless data acquisition module which converts 0-5 vDC with 16 bit precision up to 8 channels at a 1Khz data rate with output to any Bluetooth client which supports SPP (Serial Port Profile). BlueSentry can use AC power or a rechargeable NiCad battery pack. Great for remote sensors where cabling is not practical or desirable.

Summary Features

Operation in two modes

  • BlueSentry AD can be connected using Serial Port Profile directly to Bluetooth clients, giving computers and PDAs the ability to directly obtain data from the sensors.
  • In access point mode, A BlueLine access point can acquire, store, and display data over a LAN or the Internet from multiple BlueSentry-ADs, and can remote control multiple BlueSentry-DA's as well.

  • Sleep mode (4ma) while still discovererable/connectable
  • External trigger activation
  • Up to 1khz data rates(binary mode, 1 channel )

  • Selectable data capture rates, from 1 Hz to 1Khz.
